How do you start writing philosophy?

How do you start writing philosophy?

The best way to start would to be to write down your basic beliefs in a philosophical statement (i.e. My basic beliefs are: x,y,z). After writing a basic philosophical statement add some more “big” words to replace more common ones (i.e. good, bad, nice, etc.) and transitions to get your basic idea across.

What do we study in philosophy?

Philosophy is the study of the nature of existence, knowledge, truth and ethics. It involves consideration of the most fundamental questions about who we are, and examines philosophical thought across the breadth of history right up to the present day.

What is the goal of philosophy?

We have identified two primary goals in philosophy, knowledge of truth on the one hand and achieving or realizing states of goodness on the other.

What is the end goal of philosophy?

No, people have goals, and the end goal of a philosopher is to be wise. And the only way to be wholly wise would be to know the absolute, ultimate, (unchanging) truth about the universe. In this sense, it means “Lover of wisdom”.
