Do you need alignment after adjusting camber plates?
The manufacturer was kind enough to allow for some adjustment to correct for camber differences from the factory but sometimes it isn’t enough. We always recommend getting an alignment after a suspension installation. But if you leave the alignment shop wanting more or less camber there are a few options.
Do camber plates replace strut mounts?

Lowering your Mustang without the use of caster camber plates not only wears your tires and other suspension parts much more quickly, it will negatively affect performance and handling as well.

Registered. Yes, camber change will change toe. If you go with more negative camber, your toe-in will increase. More positive camber will increase toe-out.
