Access to email using your web browser Go to bigpond.com and click on the webmail link • Enter your BigPond username (or email address) • Enter your password, then click ‘Log in’.
Is Telstra mail the same as BigPond?

Will I lose my Bigpond email?
When you disconnect your Bigpond service, all of your associated email addresses will also be cancelled. If you would like to retain your email address, you can join a Bigpond Dial Up service which costs $25 per year. The process will usually take 5 days and you may not be able to access your email within this period.
Where can I Find my BigPond webmail login?
You will still be able to access your My Account and Webmail logins as normal, as well as Google search, but now in addition to a whole new range of entertainment features from Telstra Media! Your Telstra Media account login is still available under ‘My Account’. Your BigPond webmail login is still available under ‘Webmail’.

If you you have the old ‘POP’ style of Bigpond account, removing the account from your device will mean that you will delete all of the account’s mailboxes from your device. In particular, you will lose all the ‘Sent’ mail that is stored for this old account.
